The Boat Dock has been providing the San Francisco Bay Area with quality boat repair and other marine services for over 20 years. We offer mechanical, structural, electrical and other repairs at our Mercury and Yamaha certified service garage.

We service all brands of inboards/outboards. All brands of inboard, outboard, sterndrive, direct drive, and v-drive motors. From tune-ups to engine replacement and everything in between!
We carry a very large inventory of factory Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, and Johnson/Evinrude parts.
We install electronics, such as fishfinders, trolling motors, stereos & speakers, new gauges, depth meters, navigation lights, GPS, and networks. We do upholstery work, as well as vinyl seat repair/dying.
Founded by Ken Hattori, the Boat Dock is now managed and maintained by Mike Ganem and Marty Amaral. Since its inception, the Boat Dock has established, and maintained, a reputation for being an honest, locally owned, customer service oriented business.
Mike and Marty aim to carry on the reputation of Boat Dock by continuing the tradition of friendly customer service and dependable workmanship while bringing renewed passion and expertise for marine repair and service.
Mike was born and raised in the Bay Area. Since Mike was a boy, he lived to fish, water ski and enjoyed boating. Mike now enjoys fishing for large mouth bass and stripers with his brother (either from the convenience of the back dock, or while out cruising on the water), and taking his daughters and their friends wakeboarding on the Delta.
Marty Amaral:Marty was born and raised in the Bay Area. Marty is a family man with a passion for fishing, boating and baseball. Marty brings 25 years of experience as a lead mechanic to Boat Dock 2.
